KM777 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Terms for Malaysian Players

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following terms carry the meanings as defined below:

• "KM777" or "Platform" refers to the km777.me website, its associated applications, and all services offered under the KM777 brand.
• "Player" or "Member" or "You" refers to any individual who registers an account or uses KM777's services.
• "Account" refers to the personal account opened by a Player on the KM777 platform.
• "Credits" refers to the funds held in a Player's account, including deposited funds and bonus credits.
• "Bonus" refers to any free credits, free spins, cashback, or other benefits granted by KM777 to Players.

The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM 20. All deposit amounts, limits, and account balances are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). KM777 does not accept foreign currencies and is not responsible for any currency conversion fees that may be imposed by third parties.

All successfully processed deposits are non-refundable except in specific technical circumstances that are documented and agreed upon by KM777. Any deposit successfully credited to an account is considered the Player's final decision to spend those funds on the KM777 platform.

Players may submit a withdrawal request at any time, provided their account has been fully verified through the KYC process and all applicable requirements have been met.

Withdrawal conditions that must be met:

• The Player's account must have completed full identity verification (KYC), including phone number verification and, where requested, identity document submission.
• The withdrawal method must match or be compatible with the deposit method used. This is a standard industry anti-money laundering precaution.
• If a Player receives a bonus, all applicable wagering requirements must be fully met before any winnings derived from bonus credits can be withdrawn.

• Each Player is entitled to claim each type of bonus once only, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotional terms.
